All persons over the age of 21 in the household must sign the application. The decision of whom any cat is placed with is solely that of The Cat Network. By signing this application, you agree that every question has been answered truthfully, and you authorize The Cat Network to verify the information provided with your landlord, family member(s) with whom you live, and your veterinarian listed above. If your application is approved and any information provided is found to be untrue, the adoption contract becomes null and said cat will be returned to The Cat Network.
